Organisasi

Duties and responsibilities

In carrying out the activities of each field assisted by one person affairs (Ur). The duties and responsibilities of the Head of LPM and each field are as follows:

1. Head of Quality Assurance Institution (Ka LPM):

  • Develop the vision, mission, goals and objectives of LPM in accordance with STTAL's vision, mission, goals and objectives;
  • Prepare LPM Strategic Plan based on STTAL Strategic Plan;
  • Prepare a work program plan and budget for LPM STTAL;
  • Coordinate planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation; and follow-up on the implementation of the Quality Assurance System within STTAL;
  • Prepare documents and be responsible for the implementation of SPMI;
  • Organizing Quality Assurance System training;
  • Carry out Quality Audit and Quality Performance Measurement;
  • Assisting the implementation of accreditation visits;
  • Develop and manage STTAL quality assurance information and data systems; And
  • Prepare periodic reports to the STTAL Commander regarding the implementation of the Quality Assurance System.

2. Kabid Internal :

  • Plan and carry out the development of quality documents, quality manuals, quality policies, quality plans, quality standards, quality objectives, quality system procedures (SOP), work instructions and quality record systems;
  • Design and carry out the development of monitoring and evaluation instruments as well as internal quality audits, evaluation instruments (questionnaires);
  • Plan and carry out monitoring and evaluation as well as internal quality audits;
  • Formulate corrective actions to maintain and improve quality on an ongoing basis;
  • Prepare and coordinate audit or monev activities; And
  • Prepare and coordinate audit or monev activities; And

3. Kabid Eksternal :

  • Plan and coordinate the filling of institutional accreditation forms and study program accreditation forms;
  • Coordinating assistance and facilitating the filling of institutional and study program accreditation forms;
  • Assist in providing data for filling in institutional and study program accreditation forms;
  • Coordinate for assistance with simulation calculations for institutional and study program accreditation assessments;
  • Assisting the implementation of accreditation visits;
  • Formulate corrective actions to maintain and improve quality on an ongoing basis; And
  • Prepare and coordinate audit or monev activities; And

4. Kabid PDPT

  • Plan and carry out data collection;
  • Filling in and sending data through the PDDIKTI Feeder;
  • Submit reports on the implementation of learning to PDDIKTI periodically;
  • Manage sites, manage data, and manage PDPT documents so they are safe and can be needed at any time;
  • Carry out PDDIKTI management with other work units and be known by stakeholders; And
  • Prepare and coordinate audit or monev activities; And
